You Think You Can Handle The Truth?? Maybe? Not So Much...

Ok, so last week, if you recall, I spoke about switching the roles of the one night stand and ladies having control rather the other way around. I got some good feedback (thank you by the way :-) ) but I got a twitter message from a follower who seem a tad perturbed by my decision to write that post.

In it he states:

"Yo, why you hating on a dude. You probably alone and just hating on the fact that you are not getting any..."

(Pause to laugh)

Listen, I am not "hating" as you kids call it. As a matter of fact, I am being honest. Men, why is it that when a woman call you out on something, you automatically assume they are either "alone" or "mad that they are not getting any?" I find it truly humorous to see grown men use such juvenile comebacks to attain what is left of their manhood lol

So, in closing...if you are mad about what I say, Don't hate me, hate that you cannot stand the truth...

In Crazy Music: Grammy Nominations, Based on talent or based on popularity? And Pleasure P: The Child Molester?

Hey Crazyettes!


Sorry for me being M.I.A., I am on a mini vacay (yes, I surely needed this!) However, you know will never leave my crazy loves for too long, so no need to fear, the crazy girl is here!!!

It is quite intense in the music news this week!...let's kick off with the first order of business....



On Wednesday night, CBS hosted the Grammy Awards Nominations with the ever so delicious LL Cool J. As expected, the show was filled with lackluster jokes and attempts from the grammys to try to gain the much needed publicity for the show as the AMAs is still buzzing in every one's minds.

Of course, as expected, the top nods when to Beyonce, Taylor Swift, and Lady Gaga. However, I am still scratching my head as to why the hell Drake got nominated off of a mix tape (pause to figure it out..) I was also surprised that the Grammy's actually gave nominations WHO ACTUALLY DESERVED IT! For example, Q-Tip received a nomination for his album, The Renaissance. ( If you have not heard his album, I suggest you cop it! I love that album!) as well as Maxwell receiving a nomination for his song "Pretty Wings." Hopefully, lets see if the right people will win this year. If not, I suggest we get Kanye drunk again so he can handle the business.

And finally, I guess the P in R&B singer Pleasure P name stands for pedophile, huh(corny joke? Yes, I know..) All this week on Twitter(@CrazyPrettyLady) I saw many tweets in regards to Pleasure P being involved in a child molestation scandal (ummm eww eww eww). According to reports, it seems as Pleasure P's former lawyer, Larry Goldstein (the name sounds fake) is pissed at him for not paying him for his services so he is snitching!! According to NecoleBitchie.com, his former lawyer's released documents showing that when the singer was 17, he was charged with molesting a young family member. It seems as though Pleasure P's former band mates in Pretty Ricky have a lot to say as they went to their Twitter to respond to the scandal. It is not a surprise that they would have something to say as Pleasure P and the boys of Pretty Ricky have never gotten along in quite sometime.

Now, if you ask me, I smell something fishy in this story. I am sorry but Pleasure P does not come off to me being the child molester type. Now, if this story had a 16 year-old girl and him doing the business on the girl's face, then I probably will believe it but Pleasure P with a child? Not so much...

I think that Pretty Ricky is trying to veer away from Spectacular's red thong dance segments and try to downgrade his former band mate's success. Hmmm I guess we have to stay tune...

In Crazy News: Model Dies of Butt Implants, Goodwill Gets a Blunt, and Is it a Weight Limit to Flying???

This story is just plain BUTT ugly

A former Miss Argentina model died after suffering complications during her butt-implant surgery. Yes, she died while she was getting butt implants. ( I am sorry but that is a horrible way to go. Face down, ass up! Sorry, I couldn't help myself...God, please forgive me for saying that..)


38-year-old Solange Magnano died of pulmonary embolism as the liquid used to numb the specific area that being worked on got into her lungs as well as her brain.

This is just plain sad, but I wonder how many jokes are being made after this. SMH you all are so cruel! (lol)

In other news....

An Ohio Goodwill definitely received something they might not want to share with the needy.

According to WalletPop.com, The Marietta, Ohio Goodwill store received a large, metal water jug stuffed with $1,500 worth of marijuana.(OMG! TALK ABOUT GIVING TO THE NEEDY!!) The owners of the store didn't realize there was weed in the jug and was going to re-sale it until they discovered the "extra" baggage inside.

Police are inviting the kind-hearted "donor" to come forward and reclaim the jug. (Now, if I was the store owner, I would have kept the jug to myself. I mean, they did donate it to them. They probably thought that they need something to calm them down. So, don't ask question! Just roll and pass, man, roll and pass :-) )

The photo was taken by an American Airlines flight attendant who was complaing to her manager that this man should not have been allowed to go onto the flight by the gate staff since he did not pay for two seat, which is usually required for people who are overweight. This lead to the question, How fat is too fat to fly? Is he a tad bit too round? I think he could pass on the free peanuts, what do you think?

So for Today's Eye Cany, I wanted to go way back in the day and choose none other than LL Cool J. Now, I will admit he looks a tad bit big for my liking, but I did have a huge crush on him when I was younger. I remember running to the TV when "Hey Lover" use to come on and I would just stare. Crazy Fashionista: Throwing on The Louboutins and Converse's Latest Collection

As I said before, I am a fashionista in training. I respect a nice pair of heels and fresh pair of sneakers. That is why right now, as I type away to all my crazy loves, I am literally trying to talk myself out of not putting myself into any debt due these two finds that I saw.

Over at one of favorite blogs, The Glamazons, they featured the new Louboutin Bridget booties. (Please take a moment and respect the sexiness that is these shoes.) The Bridget booties, which Jennifer Lopez rocks in the "Fresh Out the Oven" video (FYI..she didn't fall during the making of the video, you go girl!) would make a sexy and scrumptious piece to any outfit.

At a retail price of $1,795, you can call them your own. (This is why I need to graduate and make money, STAT!) I think I will just wait a couple of months and stroll into TJ Maxx or Marshalls and buy them for cheap. Listen, I like clothes but I also like not having to screen my cell phone from bill collectors, K Thanks!

Another love of mine that I found during my purusing of my daily blogs is the new Converse Dress Code 1/2 Collection. These stylish kicks look very clean and would make any casual outfit look rich. However, the collection is only offered in Japan so if you have that Japan shopping money go ahead and "Throw it in the bag..."

Now if you will excuse me...I am going to go and sulk about how I need money to go shopping hmphhh.....

Crazy News Special: World AIDS Day "Time To Be Aware"

For Today's Crazy News we are going to highlight World's AIDs Day. It is important to talk about this deadly disease because it is taking the lives of millions by the minute.

In the U.S. alone, there is a rising concern about the effects of HIV/AIDS among adolescents and young adults between ages of 13 to 24. According to The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention , there are a a reported 40,049 cumulative cases of AIDS among people ages 13 to 24 through 2008 alone. Since the epidemic began, an estimated 10,129 adolescents and young adults with AIDS have died and the proportion diagnosed with AIDS has also increased. Likewise, the proportion of adolescents and young adults with an AIDS diagnosis has increased from 3.9 percent in 1999 to 4.2 percent in over ten years.

African-American and Hispanic adolescents are the strongest hit by this disease. Between the ages of 13 and 19, African-Americans and Hispanics accounted for 66 percent and 21 percent, respectively, of the reported AIDS cases in 2008.

I am not going to sit here and tell you not to have sex. Who am I to judge you or tell you what is right or wrong to do? However, what I will say is PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get tested. I cannot tell you how many lives will be saved if you just get tested. Especially if you are having unprotected sex, it is truly important to get check-up. Finally, please use condoms when you are having sex. It is better to protect yourself rather than to face the consequences in the later future.

Happy Tuesday Crazyettes!!


I hope you all have cooled off the Monday's rage like I surely did. Well to start off the day, let's listen to some great music.

Now, as hard as I may look and as blunt as how I may talk, I do have a sensitive side and I can be affected by emotions and feel down. But as I learn, sometimes you have to get kick in the booty to build up thick skin. It wasn't an easy journey for me to get to this point where I am comfortable with the skin I am in, but like I always say, if life was easy, would it have no significance to me.
